About Me

Hi, I’m Tatiana! I’m a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a diploma from the National Academy of Osteopathy.

I work with patients either at my home office, or in the comfort of their home. I help them relieve pain, restore balance, and enhance their overall well-being.

I graduated as a biologist from Novosibirsk State University in Russia. My professional experience spans over 30 years in research laboratories, specializing in human genetics, physiology, biochemistry, and molecular biology. This experience gave me a profound appreciation for the intricate systems in the human body. I’ve always been fascinated by its complexity: a vast and harmonious universe of biological processes working seamlessly to sustain life.

As a certified yoga teacher, I further explored the body’s capacity for healing through movement and alignment. I discovered how mindful positioning can ease joint and muscle pain, calm the mind, and energize the entire body. This holistic understanding ultimately led me to pursue a career in osteopathy—a dynamic healthcare field that aligns science with hands-on healing.

During my osteopathy training, I became acutely aware of how many people suffer from conditions that osteopathy can effectively address. These include musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, headaches, sciatica, arthritis, and posture-related discomfort.

I find osteopathy both fascinating and fulfilling. My approach is always thorough, attentive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. The greatest reward in my work is hearing patients say, “Thank you, that was amazing,” or “I feel so much better.”

I look forward to welcoming you into my practice and supporting your journey to better health and well-being!
